Evolve is an exciting shadow show based around the incredible feats, inventions and achievements that have marked our lives throughout human history.
Biography
Stunning images are displayed in shadow form as the performers take viewers back in time to a horse and cart, an Egyptian sphinx and pyramid, Newton’s discovery of gravity, building steam trains, the invention of electricity, discovering green energy with windmills, cars, airplanes, space travel and of course walking on the moon!
Then they hit the digital age with a Minority Report-style section that references wifi, tablets, phones, cameras and gadgets.
The show is about our collective past, the present, our growth and looking optimistically towards the future. Together, what will we achieve next?
This well-established team of ex-gymnasts and sports acrobats create perfect balances, lifts, somersaults and dances all whilst melting their silhouettes into unique and mesmerizing images, one after the other.
Evolve Shadow Show involves a very creative and challenging process that shows off months of planning and rehearsals, incredible attention to detail and highly skilled acrobatics.
