Saxophonist André has played at some of the most incredible parties around the world and performed with iconic musicians, including Pharrell Williams, Neil Diamond and The Gipsy Kings. A saxophone player who can perform solo, with backing tracks or alongside other musicians, Andre creates an unforgettable and irresistible atmosphere loved by all.
Bio
In the early 2000s, Andre started performing in London’s top Mayfair clubs and as a result, is highly experienced in working alongside a DJ.
His amazing saxophone sound is rooted in gospel, funk and soul, but he is adept at playing everything from jazz to hip-hop and house – music to keep everyone entertained.
He is also a talented vocalist and enjoys singing jazz and Motown classics. He isn’t restricted to any particular genre with the sax but simply loves playing music that moves people – both emotionally and physically.
In addition to his solo sax performances, he regularly travels with a team of talented DJs, roaming musicians and singers, creating larger interactive musical experiences from DJ, sax and violin up to a ten-piece.
Over the years, André has performed on stage with countless prolific artists. Most noteworthy include Pharrell Williams, Timbaland, Basement Jaxx, The Gipsy Kings, Jennifer Hudson, Janelle Monae, Kim Burrell, Beverley Knight and Neil Diamond.
His reputation as an extraordinary sax player has taken him on tours and to performances worldwide, including The Maldives, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Singapore, Macau, China, Dubai, Greece, Italy, France, Germany, Cyprus, Egypt, Switzerland, Israel, Norway, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and across the UK.
From rooftop clubs and tropical beaches to stately homes and grand hotels, he pours his heart and soul into every performance.
