Biography

Recently Rob celebrated Houdini’s birthday by hanging upside down by his ankles 64ft high from the tracks of a roller coaster. He holds a Guinness World Record and he famously escaped from a straitjacket while hanging upside down from a helicopter in flight.

He is an international performer who has wowed audiences around the world from America to Europe and Asia to Australia. Always well-received, Rob is able to hold a crowd in the palm of his hand by combining balance, acrobatics and escapology with a natural sense of humour, comic timing and showmanship.

Having a great stage presence, his unique skill lies in the way he keeps an audience engaged and spellbound.

Rob graduated with a law degree and turned his back on a career in the legal profession to become an escapologist after studying the art of escapology and the life story of Houdini.

Rob’s signature escape is from handcuffs and twenty metres of steel chain, on top of a ten-foot ladder.
