David Bramwell is a Sony award-winning presenter for BBC Radio 3 and 4 who has made programmes on subjects as diverse as time travel, clapping and public speaking. He can do live events and has tailor-made shows and talks for your online events.
As a public speaker, he has presented and given talks at TED conferences, Somerset House, The Tate, Brighton Business Awards, Brighton and Hove Chamber of Commerce and Alain de Botton’s School of Life.
One of his specialities as a host is to deliver inspiring, and entertaining slide-show talks that can be tailored to individual events. His interests are broad and there is no subject that he cannot research and deliver with humour and skill for all involved.
He has also been a guest on ‘The Chris Evans Show’, Radio 4’s ‘The Museum of Curiosity’ with John Lloyd and Sarah Millican, ‘Saturday Live’ and BBC Radio 3’s ‘The Verb’.
David is also a best-selling author and has won festival awards for ‘Best Comedy’ and ‘Outstanding Theatre’ for his monologues.
He’s also released six albums with the band Oddfellow’s Casino. A friend once described him as “a one-man cottage industry”. He likes that.
