The show includes a backing band of 5 musicians and tributes to the stars of the 1940s, including George Formby, Gracie Fields, G.I Frank Sinatra, The Andrews Sisters, Flanagan and Allen and the UK’s No.1 Vera Lynn tribute. Plus, brand new sketches by the finest Dad’s Army tribute.
A fun theatre show featuring all the tributes seen in the original 1940s show but held together by the characters from the home guard.
For the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings, the show was booked by the International Bomber Command Centre in Lincoln. This was the biggest show seen at the venue featuring 15 entertainers who produced a 3-hour spectacular in the grounds of the historic memorial.
