Candy Cane Balloon Elf

This cheeky little elf has had a lot of practice making toys and has more than one trick up her sleeve! She is very excited to have been sent by Santa himself to entertain crowds with her fabulous balloon modelling skills.

From Santa hats, reindeers and angels to Christmas trees and candy canes, she delights both children and adults with her beautiful creations, whilst at the same time telling all about why she loves Christmas!
