 Slim Soda is a lounge bar duo comprising of Jonnie Harrison on keyboards/guitar and Alison David on vocals. Together they perform well know songs from the 40’s to the present day.

Alison David is widely regarded as one of the most charismatic singers in the country. A stunning six-footer, with (literally) model-girl looks, she sounds like a cross between Shirley Bassey, Diana Ross and Julie London rolled into one, while Jonnie’s influences range from 60’s Beatles to Jazz classics like George Gershwin and Nat King Cole. Combined together they offer a huge repertoire of classic songs to delight and entertain.

Apart from being associated with music industry heavyweights like Dave Stewart and Pete Townshend, Alison has attracted recognition for her own, very personal, form of acoustic based soul and also the Afronaught remix of her song, Dreams Come True.

As comfortable belting out a driving vocal over a thumping dance beat as she is intertwining sweet seductive whispers with simple guitar strums, Alison David is a talent to behold. If given the opportunity, she can touch your heart, make the hairs rise on your skin and get you dancing all in one show.

Jonnie Harrison as a musician has worked on sessions with UK chart toppers Turin Brakes, played live with Buzzcocks legendary guitarist Steve Diggle and recently toured with premier tribute band The Bootleg Beatles.
