DJ Emancipation has been djing for over twenty five years from organising and promoting specialist events to  to weddings, birthdays and private functions. From Prince-themed nights that ran for a long period to an original 'Jazz by DJ' night in Brighton plus, more recently, EMANCIPATION at Brighton venue 'Joogleberry Playhouse' featuring World, Latin, African, Soul, Jazz, Electronica and left-field club music. 

For years he hosted a popular music review podcast until last year when he began hosting a radio programme that broadcasts regularly: 'The Emancipation Show' covering worldwide and original music and promoting new artists as well as the cutting-edge of dance music. He is versatile and able to offer specialist soul, funk and disco nights to electronica, deep house and jazz. He can also encompass other popular music styles to the demands of the client and build a dj set accordingly. Flexibility and customer satisfaction are the prime objectives with location rarely an issue.
